Toy Takedown
Privacy policy
Last updated: 3 October 2026.
MangyByte Ltd is the data controller for Toy Takedown. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17175779.
Our registered office is 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom.
The game is in development. This policy explains the website and the planned game features. We update it before new data use starts.
This website
This website has no accounts, forms, analytics, or advertising. It does not set cookies or ask you for personal data. Cloudflare can set a security cookie if it must check a visitor.
Your IP address passes through Cloudflare and Hetzner, our hosting provider, to deliver pages and protect the site. Migadu provides our support email service.
Our website server does not keep visitor access or error logs. Cloudflare can keep technical records to deliver the service and prevent abuse.
Game progress
The game stores progress on your device. You do not need an account. The game has no free-text chat.
On Android, clear the app data or delete the game to remove local progress. On iPhone or iPad, delete the game.
Play with friends
Play with friends is a planned feature. Our design uses a temporary room code and your IP address to connect players to our game server during a session.
We use these details only for that session. Our design does not share your IP address with other players. It does not keep session details after the session ends.
Ads and purchases
This website has no ads. The current game build has no advertising software or real payments.
If we add ads, we plan to use Google AdMob for contextual ads only. Google does not use your past activity to choose these ads. Google can still use device data and IP addresses to show ads and prevent fraud.
We do not plan to use personalised ads. Before ads start, we explain which data Google uses and how long it keeps that data. We also explain the controls that protect children.
Our plan uses Apple or Google for in-app purchases. Apple and Google process payments under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your card details.
Children and privacy
Children can play this game. We do not ask for names, email addresses, or dates of birth in the game.
A parent or guardian can contact us about a child's privacy. Please do not send us unnecessary personal details.
Support and your rights
If you email us, we receive your email address and message. We use them to answer your request.
We keep support messages only as long as we need them to resolve the request or meet a legal duty.
Under UK data protection law, you can ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.
You can also ask us to limit how we use your data. You can object to our use of your data. These rights do not apply in all cases.
We use technical records to keep the service secure. This is our legitimate interest under UK data protection law.
We also use legitimate interests to answer support requests and provide the online sessions that players request. We must protect children when we assess these interests.
To ask about your data, email info@mangybyte.com . You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
See Support for help with data deletion.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare operates globally and can process data outside the UK. Its data processing terms include standard contract terms and the UK Addendum.
These terms protect personal data during international transfers. Contact us for information about the safeguards that apply to your data.
Cloudflare explains its technical records and retention rules in its privacy policy.
Hetzner provides hosting in Europe. Migadu provides email through European infrastructure. Their service terms also govern technical records needed to run those services.
Read the Hetzner privacy policy and the Migadu privacy policy for details.
Device backups
Your device or cloud backup can keep a copy of game progress. Use your device backup settings to remove those copies.
